- Boil beans and maize before until they cook and get your preferred softness. heat oil in a pan, add in your onions & cook till golden brown, keep stirring to prevent burning.Add ginger garlic paste & Garam masala & stir for at 2 minutes on low heat. Add tomatoes, stir and allow to cook when covered for another 2 minutes then add water whenever necessary to avoid making the sauce dry. Add in your Githeri & stir. Let it cook for 2-4 minutes.Add green chillies, coriander & salt to taste.
- You can opt to add a little water to make the stew if you'd want. The whole process should take about 6-7 from the time you added tomatoes. Serve ❤️
