  1. Take 2 pcs maize cobs
  2. Take 1 cup beans
  3. Get 1 pc carrot
  4. Prepare Capsicum

  1. Sort your beans and mix them with maize
  2. Wash and boil till soft
  3. Fry your onions till golden brown then add garlic and tomato and salt
  4. Add carrot and boiled githeri, stir until all the ingredients mix well
  5. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and let it cook
  6. Add Capsicum and simmer for 5 minutes
  7. Add Corriander and switch off the heat
  8. Serve
