  3. Get 2 tea spoon desicated coconut
  4. Get 2 table spoon badam And kaju powder
  5. Take 1/2 cup grated jaggery
  6. Prepare 1-2 cardamom
  7. Take 2-3 table spoon milk
  8. Make ready as needed Cashew and badam as much as you want

One or two laddus are enough to make your tummy full and a good snack in the evening. Now add ragi flour to it, roast until nice aroma comes, it will become sandy in texture and there will no raw smell. Cool down completely then add sugar to it. Now in the remaining ghee add in ragi flour and keep sauteing till nice aroma comes from it.

Instructions to make Dry fruit Ragi Unde(finger millet laddoo):
  1. In a kadai add ghee and roast badam and kaju
  2. In the same kadai roast rahi flour on low flame till raw smell goes
  3. Take grated jaggery and cardamom make fine powder. If you don't have kaju badam powder you can add into this mixture and make a fine powder
  4. Once the flour is roasted properly add jaggery powder, desicated coconut badam kaju and mix well
  5. It looks like bread crumbs, slowly slowly add little by little milk and mix,off the gas
  6. Take out in a plate and make unde(laddoo)
  7. Roll into desicated coconut and keep it into dabba.

Cool down completely then add sugar to it. Now in the remaining ghee add in ragi flour and keep sauteing till nice aroma comes from it. Now add in powdered sugar and keep cooking on low flame till the sugar starts to melt. Ragi laddu or ragi ladoo is prepared using finger millet flour, jaggery, ghee and dessicated coconut. Ragi laddu or ragi unde is a very easy and healthy laddu or unde recipe.
