- The butter will turn yellow in colour and white foam will start to form on the surface.
- Watch the yellow colour turning into golden brown and the reduction in bubbles and sound. When the spluttering sound stops completely, switch off the flame.
- Now with the help of sieve / cheese cloth, slowly sieve the ghee into the jar separating milk residues.
- Once the ghee has cooled completely, store in a airtight jar and use as required.
