  4. In another sufuria, fry your onion add your Njahi and salt and stir well. Add grated carrots to your black beans keep stirring untill ready.
  5. Serve with steamed rice

Actually, the only difference between these two dishes is the thickness. This traditional recipe has been around for a long time in Jamaica.
