- When rice boiled immediately strain extra water and let it cool down under fan so further cooking stopped.
- Heat oil in kadhai- add ginger and chilli, sauté it on high flame for few seconds (keep flame high throughout whole cooking)
- When ginger chilli fried- add beans and cook it for 1 minutes
- Add cabbage and cook for 30-40 seconds.
- Add salt, say sauce and tomato ketch up and mix it well.
- Add rice and stir it ge tally without breaking rice.
- Add freshly crushed black pepper coriander,mix it t well and switch off the gas.
- Serve it hot.
