  1. Get 1 kg Potatoes
  2. Take 5 medium size onions
  3. Take 3 cups pumpkin leaves
  4. Prepare 2 cups boiled maize and beans (Githeri)
  5. Prepare 4 cups water
  6. Prepare 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
  7. Prepare 1 Tablespoon salt
  8. Make ready Half a teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps to make Mukimo:
