  2. Make nicely kababs / take a pan add oil and take a bowl add eggs and add 1 pinch salt and beat well and dip kababs in eggs batter and shallow fry
  3. Now take a serving plate and keep in kababs and garnish onion tomato lemon coriander leaves/ ready to serve with red garlic chattny
