- Meanwhile make a semi-thick batter of plain flour, salt and water. Keep aside for a while.
- Peel the banana and make a hollow slit lengthwise. Gently fill the coconut mixture inside the banana as much as possible.
- Now dip the open end of the banana in the flour mixture.
- Shallow fry these in ghee till golden from all the sides.
- Serve immediately to enjoy this delicacy.
