  3. Now in a pan add 1 tbsp cooking oil and from semolina batter add 1 large spoon of batter on pan and spread so that it remain little thick.
  4. Now on top of this semolina batter spread veggie stuffing evenly.
  5. Cook the semolina batter side for 5 minutes and turn the side to veggies once cooked well. Uttapam is ready to serve with coconut, green, red chutney.
