  9. Take 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  10. Get 3 tbsp Canola Oil

Blend together the milk and salt in a shallow bowl. Combine the breadcrumbs, paprika, and Parmesan cheese in another bowl. Dip the fish fillets into the milk mixture, then into the crumb mixture. Lightly butter a baking dish or individual grain dishes for the fillets.

  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the fillets, Place in oven for 15-23 mins, Fish is done when it is white and flaky
