  2. Mix well making sure all the spices are well combined. - - further, add in blanched gobhi and mix well. - - coat the spice paste uniformly. marinate for 15 minutes allowing spices to absorb.
  3.   4. Dip the marinated gobhi in besan batter and deep fry in hot oil. - - stir occasionally, until the gobhi turns golden brown and crisp. - - finally, cauliflower pakoda / gobhi ke pakode tastes great with green chutney.
