  1. For stuffing-Take 250 gm broccoli.wash it and grate/chop it finely.
  2. Now heat up a pan with 1 tsp of desi ghee,add grated broccoli. Now add salt to taste,cumin powder,black pepper powder & Amchur powder and cook for 2 mins.
  3. Take it out in a bowl and add chopped coriander leaves.MIx well. Broccoli stuffing is ready for paratha.
  4. Now for dough..Take 2 cups wheat flour in a bowl.Add salt,carom seeds & 1 tbsp oil,mix well.Add little by little water and make a soft dough like other paratha.
  5. After 10 mins rest for the dough,make equal size balls now take a ball..roll it a bit,keep 2 tbsp stuffing in between, close from all sides and roll it again.
  6. Now heat up a Tawa with butter. Place the prepared paratha upon it and roast it from both the sides with butter untill become nice and crisp on high flame.
  7. Take it out in a plate.Repeat the same process with others too. Serve hot with coriander mint chutney and enjoy.
