  4. In a different bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar before use.
  5. Pour the plantain mix into a separate bowl then gradually work in the mixed flour. At this step when noticed its too thick loosen up a little with remaining milk but if no milk don't worry use little water to do it.
  6. Add the nicely chopped bell peppers into the plantain and mix all together.
  7. Place the frying pan on a very low heat, add a tbsp of vegetable oil and pour the plantain mix. Below are the spoons I use in measuring my plantain mix.
  8. Keep a very close eyes on it, fry to be golden brown and toss to the other side and do the same. Then take off heat
  9. Garnish with ketchup and bell peppers just like mine or any side drink of your choice
