  1. Prepare 2.5 kg Chikhn
  2. Get Nihary masala pack 1
  3. Take 1/2 kg Onions almost
  4. Take Oil for frying
  5. Prepare G.g paste 1 tb spoon
  6. Make ready Floor 2 tb spoon
  7. Prepare Meeda 1/2 tb spoin
  8. Take R8ce floor1/2 tb spoon
  9. Take Green chilli n ginger for garnishing

Add meat and fry it a little. Add salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and ginger paste.   5. Mean while take a fry pan n add all floors n sutie.when it's turns colour swift off flame n add water to make a fine liquid mixture.
  6. When it chikhen z almost done then add floor mixture n cover for 10 to 15 mints on v.low flame
  7. Garnish with green chilli n ginger n Serve with Nan
