- Peel your yam,wash and cut into desired shapes and set aside then wash your kayan miya an grind it well
- Place a pot on fire pour your required Palm oil fry a little den add slice of onionsto it then add your grinded kayan miya and fry den add your seasonings and spices then add water and cover
- Cut your spinach wash and sieve
- Add your peeled yam to the pot, cover and allow to cook den add your spinach and salt and stir then allow to cook for five minutes
