Instructions to make Owo soup:
- Boil the meat and dryfish and pomo too
- Add enough water then put the crayfish and pepper
- Taste that the seasoning is okay and add the palm oil and let it boil
- Mix the starch in water and put aside
- Add native salt and potash to the meat stock
- Then mix the starch and water into the pot until the soup is thick
- Let it boil for some time and put down
