- Get 5 tablespoon self-raising flour
- Take 1 cup water
- Take 2 eggs

Steps to make Vanilla Pancakes:

- Add some water bit by bit while stiring then add some milk. stir until the mixture is smooth. You can use a mixer, a whisk or a fork.
- Beat your eggs in a separate bowl, then add them to the mixture. Stir until they are mixed up well and fully blended.
- Add the vanilla essense just a few drops depending on prefrence. Mix well until it is flowy and smooth. The paste should be ready to cook now.
- Heat the pan on low heat, oil it then pour your mixture in a circular motion, making sure they are light enough. Cook for two minutes until its golden brown then turn and oil the other side to cook too.
- Serve them hot with tea, coffee, fried liver or juice.
