- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add butter and mix till incorporate
- Make a well in the center of dry ingredients. Break in one egg. Mix properly
- Make a hole in d center and add water gradually while mixing till a think, soft, stretchy and sticky dough is formed
- Cut the dough and mold into balls and then fry in hot oil over medium heat until it turns golden brown
- Drain well on paper and serve hot or cold with your favourite drink
