  1. Take 150 gms makhana in a kadhai or pan dry roast in desi ghee for 5 to 7 mins and keep aside.

  3. Now take a kadhai add 2 spoons cooking oil heat on medium flame add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamom pieces and fry for 2 min then add chopped onion, green chillies, and fry till changes colour into light pink then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.
  4. Now add tomato puree into it then one by one all the dry masala cardamom powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri lal mirch powder and fry it till it retains oil over Surface.
  5. After that take 1 cup cashew into a blender with half cup water and blend it to make a smooth paste, add the cashew paste and 2 spoons hung curd into it and mix well.
  6. Then add some amount of water, Salt to taste, mint leaves, coriander leaves, chickpea flour or gram flour and mix well then add dry roasted makhana and mix well. Cook for 5 to 7 min till the gravy becomes thick then turn off the flame and serve it hot to the bowl garnish with green fresh coriander and mint leaves you can add dry fruits as you like 1 cup, Enjoy with puri, roti, rice, naan as you like.
