  5. Baking tray main ghee laga ke tail phehla us pe mixture phehla dein
  6. Mixture phehla ke us ke upar piste laga lein
  7. Ek dagchi main namak phehla ke us pe stand rakh ke dakan de dein medium flame pe jab garam ho jaye toh es main mixture jo baking tray main rakha tha wo rakh ke dakan de dein 25 mins ke liye
  8. Ab sugar syrup ke liye 1/2 cup watar 1/2 cup sugar aur lemon ka ek slice add kar ke paka lein jab sugar hal ho jaye toh flame off kar ke syrup thanda kar lein
  9. Basbousa ko check kar lein knife laga ke agar knife main mixture chipke toh abhi ready nahi hua agar knife main mixture na chipke toh phir dagchi say nikal ke thanda kar lein
  10. Jab thanda ho jaye toh nikal ke sugar syrup spone say phehla dein basbousa ke upar
  11. Basbousa is ready ab serve kijiye
