  2. When hot add diced onions
  3. Stir when almost brown add sweet pepper
  4. Stir for 1 minute the add your diced carrots
  5. Stir for 2 minutes the add the chopped potatoes and salt
  6. Stir until the onions turn brown then add the diced tomatoes
  7. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes then uncover to mix the ingrediates
  8. Wow, now add your well boiled githeri
  9. Mix all the ingrediates as you stir, add hot water to form some soup
  10. Cover it to boil for 2 minutes the add the coriander
  11. Stir for 1 minute its ready to serve
