- Take 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Take 1/2 cup cream

- Boil milk in a pan,add soaked basmati rice.Stir and cook on low flame for 15-20minutes or till rice is well cooked.
- Meanwhile heat a pan for preparing butter scotch.Add sugar and 1 tbsp water.Cook on medium flame till sugar caramalised well.
- Add cream and butter to caramalised sugar,mix and keep aside.
- Now rice is cooked well add sugar and dry fruits.Stir.Add half of butter scotch.Mix and put off the flame.
- Dish out in a serving bowl.Pour remaining half of the butter scotch over kheer.Garnish with some dry fruits.Serve chilled or at RT as you wish.
