  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Take 1 tsp Coriander powder
  9. Take 1 tbsp Rice flour
  10. Make ready As needed Oil

Shallow fry half of the marinated bhindi in hot oil. Keep stirring in between with a slotted spoon. Fry the bhindi until golden brown in color and crisp on medium heat. Similar way fry the rest of marinated okra until crisp.

Steps to make Stuffed Kurmuri Bhindi Shallow fry:
  1. Wash and dry ladies finger. Give a slit.
  2. Take a pan, roast besan. Once it is aromatic, turn it off the gas. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies paste, ajwain, asfoitida, salt, turmeric powder, rice flour, coriander powder and mix it well. Add some oil into this mix.
  3. Stuff the masala in ladies finger.
  4. Take a pan, add stuffed ladies finger in that. Do not cover. Cook it on low flame. Turn it softly after some time. Let it shallow fry for some time.
  5. Serve with Roti or Puri

Fry the bhindi until golden brown in color and crisp on medium heat. Similar way fry the rest of marinated okra until crisp. Turn off the flame and add tomato ketchup & salt and mix well. Now stuff the split bhindi with this paste one by one. Shallow fry on a tava covered with a lid till cooked well on one side.
