Combine chicken and lemon zest and juice in a large bowl; toss to coat. Place barbecue sauce in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine onions, cheese and pepper. Place chicken, crumb side up, on a greased baking sheet.

- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces until 90% cooked.
- Place other pan and add 1tsp oil, once it's hot add chopped onions and saute until translucent. Then add chilli tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, honey and mix well. Add 1tsp water and add the fried chicken. On low flame cook chicken for 10mins. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve warm.
