The ingredients needed to make Nihari:
  1. Make ready Meat 1 kg (Beef,Chicken,Mutton)
  2. Get 250 ml ☁Oil/ghee
  3. Get 100 g ☁Yogurt (beat)
  4. Make ready 4-5 tbsp ☁Wheat flour
  5. Take ☁Onion fry 1 small size
  6. Prepare 50 g ☁SANFAZ NIHARI MASALA
  7. Prepare ☁Garnish/salad
  8. Prepare ☁(Lemon wedges,sliced ginger,chopped green.chilli,chopped coriander leaves and mint)

Add meat and fry it a little. Add salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and ginger paste. Nihari is a South Asian spicy stew with wonderful flavors and aromas of different spices, which give much needed warmth in the cold season. Although this recipe is simple to put together, traditionally this beef stew is cooked slowly over night and eaten as breakfast.

Steps to make Nihari:
  1. Heat oil / ghee in a pan. - Add yogurt,meat and SANFAZ NIHARI MASALA and fry for 5 -10 minutes
  2. Add 3-4 glass of water and cook on medium flame till meat is tender.
  3. Dissolve wheat flour in little water and add to the curry and stir vigorously.
  4. Continue to cook till oil separates out.
  5. Fry onion in one tablespoon of oil / ghee till golden brown.Then pour over the curry.
  6. Delicious Nihari is ready.
  7. Serve with Naan /Roti /and Garnish.
