- Get 500 gms Small size potatoes
- Prepare 2 big size tomato chopped

- Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

- Take 2 cloves

- Make ready 1 bay leaf

- Take 1 /4tbs Asafoetida
- Prepare 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1/2 tbs kasmiri red chilli
- Make ready 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp amchur powder
- Take 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp kasoori methi
- Get 2 tbsp curd
- Make ready 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander 2
- Take 2 tbsp desi ghee
- Prepare to taste Salt according
- Get 2 tbsp cream for garnish
Recipe: Bengali Niramish Luchi Aloor Dum. For Aloor Dum: 'Niramish Aloor Dum' or Bengali Style Dum Aloo recipe is pretty much like the way other dum aloos are made except it is a no onion and no garlic recipe. This recipe is mainly used while making 'Bhog' at the time of Durga Puja, Lakshmi Puja or any other such occasions. This is a very basic recipe.
Steps to make Niramish aloo'r dum:
- In pressure cooker add potatoes and salt and boil it 2 whistle
- Now peel and add salt and keep a side
- In a kadai add ghee when hot add bay leaf, cloves, black pepper,Asafoetida, cumin seeds, cashews whole red chilli
- Now add onion paste stir it add ginger garlicpaste,tomatoes paste stir it now add spices and cook it add curd and kasoori methi cook it
- Now add boiled potatoes and cover with lid and cook 10 minutes
- Aloo'r dum is ready for serve you can enjoy it with any rice or roti, paratha
- Garnish with fresh coriander and cream
