  2. Prepare 1 cup Curd -

Steps to make Semolina Burger:
  1. For the batter, take 1 cup of semolina in a bowl and add 1 cup of fresh curd to it.
  2. Add some water and mix it well.
  3. Add ½ tspof salt and mix it well.
  4. Add some water and blend the batter well.
  5. Add a tsp of Eno fruit salt and some water to it.
  6. Place a stand and preheat some water in it.
  7. Take some mini bowl and add grease them with oil.
  8. Fill a ⅓rd portion of a bowl with the batter.
  9. Turn the flame to low and place the bowl carefully in it.
  10. Steam cook it after covering on the high flame for 10 minutes.
  11. Place them out of the vessel and wait until they cool down
  12. Remove all the Idlis from the containers.
  13. Take 3 boiled potatoes, peel and mash them finely.
  14. Preheat a pan and add 2 tsp of oil to it.
  15. Add a tsp of mustard seed,tsp of cumin seeds, 2 finely chopped green chillies, ½ tsp of ginger paste and saute it.
  16. Add green peas and saute it.
  17. Add a ½ tsp of salt to it and cook while covering it for 2 minutes.
  18. Cook them on the low-medium flame to make them soft.
  19. Add nutes, the stuffing has cooked.
  20. Press peas to mash them.
  21. Add 2 tsp of water to it for making soft.
  22. Add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, a tsp of coriander powder, stir and roast them for half a minute on the low flame.
  23. Add the mashed potatoes, a ¼ tsp of red chilli powder, a ¼ tsp of mango powder and some finely chopped green coriander to it.
  24. Stir and cook for a minute.
  25. Take it out in a separate bowl to cool down.
  26. Divide the cooked idlis into two equal parts.
  27. Add 1 to 2 tsp of stuffing on it and spread it evenly.
  28. Place another part over it.
  29. Take a pan and heat it.
  30. Add oil cumin seeds and roast prepared burger over it.
  31. Serve it hot with chutney.
