- Prepare 1 chicken breast cut into cubes
- Prepare 2 tbsp corn flour
- Make ready 2 tsp black pepper powder

- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- Prepare 2 tbsp oil
- Make ready 3 garlic cloves crushed
Instructions to make Broccoli Chicken:
- Marinate the chicken with egg, corn flour, salt and pepper. You can refrigerate the chicken for overnight or atleast 15-20 minutes.
- Now deep fry the chicken and keep aside.
- In a non stick wok add oil and crushed garlic. Sauté for a minute. Then add the broccoli and carrots. Fry them for 5 minutes.
- Now add the chicken and the sauces and red chilli flakes. Mix well.
- Cook for about 5 minutes and done ✅ top with green onions.
- Serve hot with vegetable egg fried rice.
