- Prepare 1 tuber of yam
- Take 2 cksp palm oil
- Prepare 4 fresh tomatoes

- Prepare 1 Maggi cube
- Take to taste Salt

Rinse in both a clean pot,put in all the ingrients crayfish,onion,salt,red oil,salt,curry,star cubes, and boil. Steps to make Yam porriage:
- Peel and slice d yam, onions, fresh tomatoes and peppers set aside, wash the yam and put on fire.
- Pour onions, crayfish and palm oil and allow to boil for ten minutes, put tomatoes, Pepper, Maggi and salt. Cook till soft and tender and enjoy.

Note: To get the most out of beans, it is best to cook it with one of the following: sweet yam, ripe/unripe plantain, sweet potatoes or baby corn. Bring a pot of water to a boil. In the meantime, peel the sweet potato and cut into little cubes.
