Plantain Pottage - Iwuk ukom is a very simple dish to make. If you're a little lazy like me, you can put all your ingredients in the pot and let it cook. But if you want the best flavours, best to cook as instructed below. I'm really not a fan of squishy foods so I tend to stay way from all things squishy pottage, even the popular yam pottage.

Instructions to make Plantain pottage & fried fish:
  1. Season your fish with any season of your choice. Set on fire and cook for about 10mins. Fry and set aside.

  4. Stir in your Crayfish, stir together and then add vegetable. Stir together and turn of the heat.
  5. Your plantain pottage is ready. Enjoy with a glass of water or any soft drink of your choice.
