- Get 200 g pork or beef (slice thinly)
- Take 1/2 cup carrot (matchsticks sliced)

- Take 1/2 cup onion (sliced)
- Take 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- Make ready 1/2 tablespoon sesame (roasted)
- Prepare 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- Take 2 tablespoon asian pear juice (I skipped but you can add)
- Get 1/2 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- Get 1/4 tablespoon ginger (minced)
- Take 1/2 teaspoon blackpepper (grounded)
- Make ready 1/2 cup water
- Take 1/4 cup soy sauce (mine is salty so add salt if necessary.)
Most Bulgogi recipes call for crushed pear. This is for tenderizing the meat. Bulgogi is then grilled on a barbeque or pan-fried. Tender caramelized beef bulgogi is what Korean BBQ is all about!
Instructions to make Simple bulgogi:
- Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey🍯 or sugar, pear juice🍐 (if you have), blackpepper, water, and sesame oil in a bowl. Give a quick stir and add pork🐖 or beef🐂, onion, green onion and carrot.
- Heat the non-stick pan and add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil if you use regular pan.
- Cook until the meat cooked thoroughly.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!😄
