  4. Add your bean and maize mixture and stir well for another 5 min or until it starts to stick to the pot, add half cup of beef broth cover and let it cook
  5. When potatoes are almost cooked add the rest of the beef broth and simmer on low heat until the potatoes are done
  6. Enjoy it while hot. Add avocado and sprinkle some chibundiro mix
