- In a generous amount of cooking oil, First stir fry your onions then add tomatoes.
- Next add your potatoes and cook until the potatoes are cooked. They are ready when a fork goes through the potatoes.
- Lastly add your maize and peas mixture and stir. Add salt to taste then stir. Its ready.
- For the cabbage, use a table spoon of cooking oil then steam/stir fry until cooked.
- Serve the githeri with cabbage to complete a balanced diet. Enjoy.
