  1. Take Preboiled maize n beans
  2. Get Preboiled potatoes n carrots

  2. Add your ginger garlic paste.Stir for a while then add you ball pepper(hoho)
  3. I always add my spices(royco cubes n royco powder) including salt at this level n allow them to cook.Then l add my tomatoes n tomato paste.On medium heat,allow it cook.
  4. Add your preboiled potatoes n carrots n allow it to get the flavour before adding the preboiled maize n beans.
  5. Add your preboiled maize n beans n mix well with the potatoes n let it cook for 5mins.You can add little water if it's too dry especially one used to boil the potatoes.
  6. Once ready you can serve with black tea for supper, breakfast or lunch.Enjoy.
