Matoke is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. It’s appreciated by millions daily. Matoke is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.
East African Highland bananas (EAHB) are triploid banana cultivars originating from the African Great Lakes region. They are a staple food crop in Uganda, Tanzania and other Great Lakes countries. - Take 3 pcs Tomatoes

- Take 3 cloves Garlic

- Peel the bananas and potatoes & wash them nicely & put aside
- Peel the onion wash and cut into pieces
- Peel the garlic and crush it
- Wash and cut the tomatoes in small pieces
- Put the onions in a sufuria, and small amount of oil.and fry in till translucent
- Add the garlic, let it fry for a few minutes, then add the tomatoes & let them simmer
- When the tomatoes are well cooked, put the bananas and potatoes into the tomato mixture and stir well un till well combined
- Let it simmer as you turn frequently in till well cooked. Put salt to taste..
- Serve and enjoy.
