- Prepare minced meat 1kilo
- Get 2 tablespoon garlic

- Mix everything
- Smash it in turmi
- Boil eggs
- Peel egg and dust it with flour
- Cover it with minced meat and dust with flour again
- Heat oil on a pan
- Put in the fridge and allow it set for about 30mins.
- Dip scotch egg in a whisked eggs
- Dip in to bread crumbs
- Fry untill golden brown (fry two mins.on each side)
