- Prepare 7-8 pcs Green chilli paste
- Make ready 1 tbsp Maida
- Make ready 1 tbsp Suji
- Prepare 1 tbsp Rice flour
- Take 1 tsp Ajwain
- Prepare 1 tsp Haldi powder
- Take 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Make ready As required Salt
Which is made using betki and kashmiri chilly with curry leaves and other spices. Prep time cooking time serving a pinch Chat Masala. For Frying.. love for Pomfret gave me a thought of cooking this sea water fish and I am so glad that I gave a try because now this Shallow fried pomfret stands on the top of my mind. I never thought that cooking Pomfret will be this much easy & quick.
Steps to make Masala Pomfret Fry (shallow Fry):
- Marinate pomfret fish with haldi powder, lemon juice, Ajwain, salt & keep for 20 mins.
- After that spice the pomfret fishes with red chilli powder, green chili, ginger & garlic paste, maida, suji, rice flour, salt & pinch of ajwain.
- Put the fish in frying pan having hot oil & after 10 mins, flip the other side, fry for another 10 mins.
- Once it is ready serve it garnish with chopped cucumber, tomato, onion & red green chillies.
For Frying.. love for Pomfret gave me a thought of cooking this sea water fish and I am so glad that I gave a try because now this Shallow fried pomfret stands on the top of my mind. I never thought that cooking Pomfret will be this much easy & quick. Make a paste of spices, marinate for half an. Make gashes in the pomfret and apply the masala. Coat it in semolina from both sides and shallow fry till golden.
