  4. Coat the paste over the fish and let sit for 30 min to 1 hour
  5. Take a pan or a dosa tawa
  6. Add in 5 tbspn of oil. Once the oil is heated add 2 to 5 curry leaves. Once it splatters Remove the curry leaves.
  7. Now add the fish pieces. Around 4 pieces can be fried at a time.
  8. Cover the tawa / pan and let it cook on one side for 3 to 5 mins
  9. Now flip the fish pieces and cook for 3 to 5 mins.
  10. Once done the fish is ready to serve.
  11. Note: adding too much vinegar will result in too much sourness. For 1 kg of fish do not exceed more than 3 spoons of vinegar
