- Get 2 tbsp Jagger powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp cardamon powder

- Take milk in a deep bottom pan and let it boil.

- Let the mixture cook for 10-15 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
- When the kheer starts to thicken, add Jagger and dry fruits.
- Cook for another 10 minutes and if reached to desired consistency, it's ready to serve. Keep stirring as it tends to stick while thickening.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and you can serve it either hot or chilled.
