  3. In a pan put 1 tsp oil and fried potatoes still the golden colour will appear and keep aside then the same pan put one tablespoon oil and fry the grind peas for 5 minutes
  4. In a pan put 2 tsp oil heat it then add jeera,bay leavesand onion fry for 2 minutes then add tomato mixture fry for 5 minutes then add dry masala,salt to taste and add fried potatoes and Green peas and fry for 2 minutes..
  5. Then add to cup water and mix well and cook for 7 minutes and coriander leaves and garam masala.ln a pan put 2 tsp ghee and heat it then add jeera and put the Tadka in the nimano….
  6. Matar ka nimona is ready.serve with rice and paratha.
