- Phir red chilli powder dal kar 5 minutes bhoona. - - add 1 jug water dal kar 1boil dhen
- Phir is me flour me 1 cup pani dal kar dissolve karein aur pan me dry ginger powder, salt,sunf powder, jayfal, jawatri,sab ealchi powder dal kar
- Flour wala better dal dhen aur 1 hours low flame per dum me pakein.
- Chicken nihari is ready.and garnish with ginger julianne, lemon slice,green chilli, and coriander leaves. And serve with nan,roti.
