Chop onion, greenchilli and coriander leaves and keep them aside in a bowl. Grate mango ginger and add to the bowl. Mix all the chopped vegetables and grated mango-ginger, curry leaves, cumin seeds to the finger millet batter and mix it well. Instructions to make Finger millet vadai:
  1. First in a bowl take finger millet flour.Now add chopped onion,green chilles,coriander powder,salt,garam masala powder,red chilli powder and black salt.
  2. Now add curd into this mix all ingredients well. Now add little water and make a dough.vadai mix is ready.
  3. Now take a butter paper,now put small portion of mix and make vadai shape with fingers.
  4. Now take a kadai,add oil. When oil is getting hot add vadai into this. Fry until becomes crisp. Make more vadai like this.finger millet vadai are ready. Serve hot with green chutney.
