  1. Take flour in a bowl add salt,oil,kalonji, sugar,soda and mix well.
  2. Add sufficient water to the flour to form a firm dough.Cover & keep aside 15mins
  3. Make big size balls from above dough and roll out with rolling pin to a thick roti like structure.And cut vertically and horizontally to make a diamond shape.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a wok.Now put this rolled out nimkis in oil for frying.
