  3. Aik bowl ma flour KO water ma mix kar ke Nihari ma daal de or nihari ma chamcha chalaate rahe taake flour mix ho jai achi tarah.phir red onion or garam masala daal ke dheemi aanch pe 45 min pakne ke lia chorde.
  4. Jab oil oopar ajai is ka matlab ha Nihari tayyar ha.
  5. Zaiqedaar Nihari naan ke sath serve Karen.or lemon,adrak or hara dhania aik plate ma cut kar ke is ke sath serve Karen.
