  4. Get 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  5. Prepare 8 strips of bacon, cooked crisp
  6. Get 1 large tomato, chopped
  7. Get 1 recipe of my Creamy Mustard Sauce, recipe is added in attachment in direction step #6
  8. Prepare GARNISH
  9. Get pickled hot pepper rings
  10. Take chopped pickles, sweet or dill or pickle relish
Steps to make HotDog Lettuce Wraps:
  1. Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with foil
  2. Cut Hotdogs down center to form a pocket, don't cut all the way through
  3. Divide cheese evenly between each hotdog, filling the pockets with the cheese
  4. Add sliced onions on top of cheese on each hotdog
  5. Heat hotdogs in preheated oven on prepared pan until hot dogs are hot and cheese has melted about 10 minutes

  7. Add hot hotdogs to lettece cups. Top with chopped tomato and crumbled bacon.
  8. Serve with pickled hot peppers, chopped pickles and extra mustard sauce
