In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, chicken bouillon granules, salt, poultry seasoning, thyme, pepper and paprika. Mix the breadcrumbs, oats and poppy seeds and roll the chicken fillets in them.

- Fry in the hot oil
- When the side up meat starts to turn white around the edges turn over
- Line a surface with kitchen towel and when the fillets are ready, take out of the pan and put on the surface to drain off any surplus oil
- Enjoy with a squeeze of lemon juice and a green salad.
