Add semolina and saute until light brown. Add remaining ingredients, except coconut, and mix well. Wheat Semolina Upma: -Wheat semolina is another healthier option when compared to white semolina. Upma prepared using wheat semolina is very tasty.
Instructions to make Upma (Semolina):
- Heat up pan add 1 spoon oil pinch turmeric powder add semolina and roast carefully keep aside.
- Heat up another pan add oil mustard seeds when crackers add peanuts turmeric powder green chilli curry leaves onion capsicum tomato salt and saute
- Now add boiled hot water sugar grated carrot salt-roasted semolina and cook.
- Cover for 5 min then open lid mix well. Add lemon juice mix.
- Your tasty Upma is ready to eat. Eat when it hot Enjoy.
