  4. Get Flavourful oil. I used rosemary-infused oil
  5. Take (Optional) Flavour enhancers eg cheese, cream, sauces, etc

It features fragrant basmati rice, crunchy almonds, cashews, and golden raisins in a velvety creamy sauce. Serve in individual dessert glasses for an elegant presentation. In a bowl mix the rice, cheese and eggs. Add salt and pepper, mix and divide the mixture in the ramekins.

Instructions to make Savoury Rice Pudding:
  1. Make sure your seasonings are correct.
  2. Spread the oil on a flat oven tray. This is to form a crust at the bottom and prevent sticking.
  3. Mix up your ingredients well, spread on your tray, and put in the oven at high heat until a good crust is formed.
  4. Serve. You can also consider using toppings like in pizza.

In a bowl mix the rice, cheese and eggs. Add salt and pepper, mix and divide the mixture in the ramekins. Add the remaining butter (about ½ tsp) on top, half of the graviera. Place rice, celery and shallot in greased ovenproof dish with a lid, add rice spice and pour stock over. Stir in fresh cream or creme fraiche before serving.
