Steps to make Cauliflower Stuffed Capsicum:
  1. Preheat the oven for 400° F.
  2. Cut the top of capsicum and deseeded it.
  3. To keep the capsicum soft, warm water in any utensil and boil the capsicum for just one minute. Take out the capsicum from water and keep in one baking dish.
  4. Hot the oil in a pan and pour oil in it and saute the grated cauliflower for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Nicely mix all the ingredients except cheese and fill in capsicum and cover with grated cheese.
  6. Now fill the baking dish with 1/3 cup of water and bake the capsicum for 20 minutes or till cheese melts. Serve after garnishing with coriander.
